Advanced One To One, Sound Healing Diploma.
Course 01 of 03
In a nutshell, book this course if you wish to carry out 121 sound baths, group sound baths, deep trauma sound healing or teach sound healing.
This is an Advanced Internationally Recognized Sound Healing Diploma. It is for students who have already completed their Group Sound Healing Professional Certificate. It is a deep dive into Sound Therapy.
What to expect:
This course will be highly valuable, in opening Your Own Sound Healing Practice. You will learn how to provide Safe Care for one on one Clients, Sound Massage whilst being surrounded by beautiful Gongs and Bowls in a small group setting.
What this course includes:
- At the beginning of the course you will be added to a whats app Group if you wish for support and advise from a community.
- Education in 121 Sound Healing and Bowl Massage.
- Practicing using Bowls, Gongs and instruments provided by the school.
- The Chakra System.
- How to be a Trauma Informed Therapist.
- An Introduction To Tuning Forks.
- Holding space for clients.
- An Introduction to Gong and Drum.
- Contraindications and when it is not safe for Sound Healing.
- An Observation of a One to One Sound Healing Practical, delivered by a Qualified Practitioner.
- Case Studies and Small Practical Exam.
- Unique Workshop Book.
- A light lunch and Herbal Teas.
Couse Details:
This course can be completed in two stages.
Once completed, you will feel well equipped to deliver a professional and informed one to one sound healing treatment and your diploma will be IPHM approved.
Duration: 5 days in person training, 1 day in person, assessments, 4 Case Studies to be completed.

If you have already completed your Group Sound Healing Professional Certificate, with the tree of life school. You will not need to pay the full course price for your diploma. You will only pay the remaining balance. This enables you to complete your Training in two stages if you wish.
Group Sound Healing Professional Certificate.
Course 02 of 03
In a nutshell this course teaches you group sound baths, works well with yoga, raki practitioners wishing to add to there classes or individuals just wishing to do group sound baths.
This internationally certified Sound Healing course, will expose you to an array of different Sound Healing instruments and hopefully ignite your inner Healer as we explore Traditional Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Gong and Shamanic Drumming.
What to expect :
This is a beginners course and an introduction to Sound Healing. You will be surrounded by Beautiful Bowls and Gongs and you will learn the Basic Principles of Sound Healing. You will be in a small group setting with like minded people and hopefully form special friendships.
What this course includes:
- At the beginning of the course you will be added to a whats app Group if you wish for support and advise
- History of Sound Healing.
- The use of Crystal and Tibetan Bowls, Gongs, and other instruments provided by the school.
- Therapy Ethics.
- Meditation and Spiritual Health.
- The Chakra System.
- How to play different instruments using different techniques.
- A Sound Bath Performed by Qualified Practitioners.
- Unique Workshop Book.
- Practical Test.
- A light lunch and Herbal Teas.
Course Details:
You will be trained on all necessary instruments, certified by IPHM to host your own Group Sound Baths, Including Corporate Events. After obtaining this certificate you can go on to do your Advanced One To One, Sound Healing Diploma.

Gong Practitioner Accredited Workshop.
Course 03 of 03.
In a nut shell this is the perfect Gong course for both Beginners to Sound Therapy and Experienced Practitioners in sound, looking to enrich their current Sound Healing Practice with the deep vibrations of the gong.
What to expect:
Whilst being in a setting surrounded by gorgeous Gongs and Singing Bowls, you will learn to play a variety of Gongs using different techniques as well as other instruments.

- A Brief History.
- Gongs in Sound Therapy.
- Different types of Gongs.
- The Benefits of Gong Baths.
- Different ways and techniques used to play the Gong
- The use of Gongs and other instruments provided by the school

The asthmatics of the cabin are beautiful, every detail has been given careful consideration to bring you to safe space filled with calmness. A warm welcome from Jo and Nicky who make your time with them feel special. I have mobility issues, Jo endeavoured and succeeded to make my floor space comfortable. Their expert playing of the sound bowls and gongs made it easy to relax and let go of the inner stresses of life. This is ME time to tune into tranquility and let go of tension. We are all looking for that something that brings us closer to self and here it is. The rose amethyst gong is magical as are all their sound instruments and they have many. So in answer to my question it’s a 100% YES I love sound baths. A sound bath with the tree of life spiritual sound and healing school will not disappoint but leave you feeling refreshed, grounded and in a zen state.

From the moment I contacted Jo at the Tree of Life Spiritual School, I knew I had made the right choice. She was so lovely and helpful. I was drawn to this school because they teach in small groups, and I wanted to be able to feel comfortable as this was a new journey for me. The cabin also pulled me in because it looked so magical. Joann and Nicky's full moon sound baths, cacao ceremonies and workshops are a wonderful and peaceful moment to anchor with. They are so welcoming and generous, and I've now called my friends to come with me as well as the meditative experience of their soundbaths is truly healing.

Just finished the Group Sound Healing course with Jo and Nicky.
What a wonderful few days!
Obviously they know their stuff - as shown by their CVs and that their course is internationally accredited.
But it's so much more than that. They are both so warm and welcoming, kind and supportive.
They have small groups, so there were four of us students and the personal attention couldn't be better.
I felt safe enough to show my self doubt and performance anxiety and the group eased me through that, with Jo and Nicky's encouragement.
It was like we were all a group of equals although Jo and Nicky were the teachers.
I've had loads of teachers over the years, but these two beauties are right up there.
No egos on show here!
They both have that refreshing beginners mind attitude which keeps everything feeling new as well as ancient (if that's clear!) and lovely surprises can happen!
The cabin is a magical space.
Beautifully built by Jo and lovely husband Dave, using 200 year old reclaimed timber from a nunnery, it has the calm healing atmosphere they intended and you feel it immediately.
You can tell that Dave's energy supports the school all the way.
All of us who were there feel like family now and I know we will keep in touch.
I've come away feeling inspired and encouraged to do more and more with my gongs - so I hope the world is ready!

This place is fantastic in every way. I felt totally welcomed as soon as I arrived for my sound healing practitioner course.
Let me start by talking about Jo and Nicky, two of the world’s shining lights. They both “held the space” needed to try and understand the instruments used for sound healing…giving all of us (students) support and freedom to experiment with sound and how it can affect the body and the resulting effect. They are both special people and destined to do some great work in producing sound healers from their school.
It’s also worth noting that this is a small school and I feel this creates a more personal experience, some people flourish in smaller groups.
The learning area is a tranquil and transformative space. From the moment you walk in, it is evident something special happens here. You are surrounded by gongs of various sizes and different makes ranging from enormous to quite small. A vast array of singing bowls, crystal bowls, harp, flute, conch horn the list goes on.
I also have to mention that the cabin has been carefully designed and constructed by Dave, a welcome part of the team, who built the cabin giving careful consideration to every detail….. from ensuring the floorboards are fixed in a way so they vibrate with the sound, to reclaiming timber from a nunnery! … let’s not forget the solar panels, making this a complete green space. Apart from the construction aspect, it turns out that Dave is just as welcoming and supportive as Jo and Nicky…Dave really is the essential seasoning behind the school and really needs a mention here.
At the end of the course each student performed a sound bath in the cabin and it suddenly became clear how we had managed to grasp the essence of the what healing sound is and how to deliver a sound bath or take someone on that journey.
I’m still absorbing my course and the doors that it has opened for me and all the possibilities that have come with that door opening.
If you are or considering becoming a sound healer and not sure where to go, then I wouldn’t overlook this school…Jo and Nicky will carefully set your sail and point you in the right direction, of course Dave will steady your ship as move out into the open space on your own personal journey…Bon voyage !
